Chris Vick literally grew up in the business. His father was a real estate attorney and his grandfather was also a real estate broker.  As such, he offers his clients that rare combination of knowledge and know-how.


Chris was first licensed in Florida in 1991. He and his wife Jeannine own and operate A Moment's Notice Health Care in Vero Beach Florida.  He has been active in real estate in one way or another his entire professional career.  He was formally trained in banking as a commercial real estate lender.  He also has formal asset management and sales training and experience. He started in the early 1990's as a sales agent with what is now Berkshire Hathaway in residential sales. He was the head of asset marketing at the FDIC in their Florida office.  He has over 30 years of real estate sales and management  experience.  He has been trained and has many years of experience with helping Seniors with decisions surrounding aging in place or transitioning to Senior housing.

Chris has managed and sold hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate involving single family homes, hotels, retail, commercial and industrial, investment and income producing property, As well as multi-family, custom home construction lending and sales management.   Chris also spent over 10 years as a Senior Lender in the mortgage and residential construction loan industry.  At the FDIC he was responsible for marketing assets after the FDIC was named Receiver for failed banks.   There he sold billions of dollars in all types of assets.  Chris also actively managed and sold residential and commercial real estate bank owned and receivership properties.   

At Seniors 1st Realty Chris helps seniors & their families navigate the maze of financial, emotional & logistical issues in all facets of real estate.  From de-cluttering & downsizing advice, retirement home suggestions, and alternative options for aging in place.  All to be there to help them so that they don’t have to do this alone.  His goal is to ease the burden for their extended families by overseeing the entire process.

Chris is an honorably discharged U.S. Navy veteran, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a graduate of University of Virginia’s, Darden School of Commercial Lending Decisions.  He was a first responder in the 1970's and a Fireman in the US Navy.  That is where his passion for helping others began.
